Corporate Lawyer Services

Our Corporate Lawyer Services are designed specifically for companies seeking continuous legal support through a long-term professional partnership.

This service is available under a minimum engagement period of six (6) months, or for such other period as mutually agreed in a Cooperation Agreement (Perjanjian Kerja Sama), including assistance for ongoing legal matters.

Clients engaging our Corporate Lawyer Services are entitled to the following:

Litigation Services

  1. Unlimited legal consultation throughout the term of the engagement;
  2. Preparation of Powers of Attorney in accordance with applicable Indonesian laws;
  3. Legal representation before District Courts, High Courts, and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Indonesia;
  4. Copies of court decisions at every stage of the proceedings;
  5. Assistance in police investigations, including written case progress reports and strategic legal advice;
  6. Other litigation-related legal services.

Non-Litigation Services

  1. Legal consultation and legal opinions;
  2. Drafting and review of contracts, agreements, and other legal documents;
  3. Assistance during negotiations, meetings, and business transactions;
  4. Preparation and issuance of warning letters (Somasi) and other legal notices;
  5. Legal advisory services relating to corporate governance and regulatory compliance;
  6. Other non-litigation legal services.

 

Notary & PPAT Coordination Services

 

2 e L also provides coordination and administrative assistance for matters relating to Notarial and PPAT (Land Deed Official) services within Jakarta, Greater Tangerang, and surrounding areas, including:

  1. Sale and Purchase Deeds (Akta Jual Beli/AJB);
  2. Transfer of Land Title Certificates;
  3. Conversion of Building Use Rights (HGB) into Freehold Title Certificates (SHM);
  4. Registration and certification of customary land (Girik) into registered land certificates;
  5. Assistance in establishing and administering business entities, including:
    • Limited Liability Companies (PT);
    • Limited Partnerships (CV);
    • Business licenses and commercial permits;
    • Company registration;
    • Taxpayer Registration Numbers (NPWP);
